By using the Service you expressly and unreservedly accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, we recommend that you do not continue using the platform.
2. Purpose and scope
The Service allows the automatic conversion of audio and video files into text using artificial intelligence, providing the following capabilities:
- Transcription of files in multiple languages.
- Export in standard formats (SRT, VTT, TXT, JSON).
- Editing, translation and customization of results.
We reserve the right to modify, extend or restrict the functionalities of the Service at any time, with reasonable prior notice to the user.
3. Registration and user account
Access to certain features requires the creation of an account. You agree to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
We may suspend or cancel your account if we detect improper, fraudulent or prohibited use.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Service you agree to:
- Not transmit illegal, defamatory or rights-infringing content.
- Not attempt unauthorised access to third-party systems, accounts or data.
- Not use the Service to generate massive automated content without authorisation.

5. Intellectual property
The transcriptfy brand, logo, code, design, texts and images are our exclusive property or that of third-party licensors. Access to the Service does not grant any licence over such elements beyond the use provided for in these Terms.
The content you upload to the Service remains your own. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process such content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Plans and billing
We offer both a free plan and paid plans with extended functionality. The features, limits and prices of each plan are described on the Pricing page. Payments are processed through secure external providers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without any implicit or explicit warranty of absence of errors, interruptions or specific accuracy results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data loss arising from the use of the Service.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect will imply acceptance of them.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the courts of the user's domicile when the user is a consumer, or to the courts of the city where the company is headquartered in other cases.
