You may request limitation of processing while the accuracy of the data is verified or while an objection you previously filed is resolved.
3.6 Right to portability
You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller when technically feasible.
3.7 Right not to be subject to automated decisions
We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing of your data without your consent or legal authorisation.
4. How to exercise your rights
You can exercise any of these rights by sending a request to privacy@transcriptfy.com from the email address associated with your account. You must include:
- Your full name.
- The right you wish to exercise.
- The specific information or data to which your request refers.
We will respond within a maximum period of 30 calendar days. In particularly complex cases this period may be extended, with a substantiated notification.

Our data processing is governed by the following principles:
- Lawfulness, fairness and transparency — we only process data with a clear legal basis and inform you how we do it.
- Purpose limitation — data is collected for specific purposes and not reused in incompatible ways.
- Data minimisation — we only request data that is strictly necessary.
- Accuracy — we keep data up-to-date and correct any inaccuracies diligently.
- Storage limitation — data is kept only for the necessary time.
- Integrity and confidentiality — we apply technical and organisational measures to protect it.
If you consider that we have not properly attended to your rights, you have the possibility to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

7. Security breaches
In the event of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within a maximum of 72 hours from the time we become aware of it, provided that the breach poses a risk to your rights and freedoms.

When it is necessary to transfer data outside the European Economic Area, we will only do so with adequate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions or binding corporate rules.
